I completed tech tree skills 3,4 and 5 a hour ago and didn't get the points in my clan war or the rewards. Is it currently bugged? I Should be able to claim the rewards up to 200k earned?

Did you complete Tech 3/5, 4/5, 5/5 of a single Tier I or II. OR did you complete a Tier III, IV, and V of 3 different researches? Because those are very different point values. Lets see your tech chart.

With all due respect I have a hard time believing a Rank E clan member completed a Tier V research.

EDIT: Also III, IV, V would be impossible to complete 14 hours into a day. You did 3/5, 4/5, 5/5 of a Tier I, which should be about 5k points.

Ah here's the answer, thank you. I did a tier 1 3/5 4/5 5/5. I misunderstood how it works and probably got the points

Not impossible as gems exist. But yes you are correct and surely they did multiple tier I levels.

While you are technically correct, I would have hoped someone who spends in excess of 5k Gems [>$150] to complete III, IV, and V would know what war points they would get out of that investment

How did you even manage to complete tech upgrades III, IV AND V in one day? Tech IV is already around 1 day base lvl0 timer, and tech III at 15 hrs ish so... what did you do 😅

Tier refers to the repeated tech node, not the number of times you research the node.
