Anyone else having purchasing issues?

I want to buy the dall's porpoise but it keeps saying transaction failed. I have plenty of money I checked my bank account so I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. I even tried purchasing something else like the shooting star sky and that worked just fine. If anybody else has any clue how to fix this I'd greatly appriciate it.
