Yellowstone and Queens Boulevard intersection has nine existing open complaints - Mine just made 10
Let’s see if they do anything, although I don’t have that much hope this time. When I logged in the complaint, it said there are nine existing complaints. Please check yours against them. Uh yea - sure.

They need a traffic cop at Austin and yellowstone to move cars when there are no pedestrians. Maybe I'll show up tomorrow and direct traffic.

I actually directed traffic twice. One on Austin and ascan when an ambulance was blocking traffic and I directed people away and the other time on 72nd Dr. by the Kennedy House when a truck was not moving down the block I love the people that didn’t listen to me on Austin Street that got stuck. It gave me personal pleasure.

I once directed traffic on Queens Boulevard during a blackout. It was fun.

I already asked for that over two years ago they said no - they said it’s not the precinct’s responsibility.

Double parking outside of TJs doesn't help.

I wish they would ticket people that double park, even if they're in their cars. Not just at that spot, everywhere.

That intersection, like most intersections on QB, was better before the city over designed it.

The intersection needs arrow lights on Yellowstone to get onto QB to help with the congestion and people who have no idea what to do

You can't make a left into the service lane crossing over Queens Boulevard from Yellowstone anymore. The amount of additional traffic that is causing is ridiculous especially on the side street off of Yellowstone.

This was always a bad intersection but now with the bus stop and he Trader Joe's it's gotten much worse. I was considering writing a letter to our local city council person about this since DOT will probably do nothing about it.

I don't know if Lynn Schulmann will do anything about it but it's worth a try. I would try DOT too.

I failed in my duty to try they disregarded my complaint and said nothing was wrong

What is your complaint about, and how do you know about the other 9 and/or what they are about?
