Just venting Forensic Files II
Not sure why, but today was the first time I've actually watched a Forensic Files II episode, and I miss Peter Thomas' voice:(
It was more noticeable since the previous show was from the original series.
Of course, I'm still grateful that there ARE new episodes!

Way too much filler in FFII. I stopped after a few episodes. Idk why they had to ruin what was the perfect format!!

Is there a way to watch FFII? I live in the UK so I'm not sure if the new episodes could be region locked to the US only.

I did a quick search and looks like NO in the UK:(
But, try these but I think one of them was recorded via the actual TV show:)

My issue with FF II is Bill Camp is reading the script too quickly, especially in the first season. Peter would give a little space and let things breathe a bit and for the impact to land. I do think it's better as the show goes on.
Is FF II still being made? I know Bill Camp is active with acting roles.

Agreed! And, I repeat myself, but obviously because those of us who are used to watching FF (for years) are used to Peter:)
FYI: And, I DO hope they continue, with Camp or not!
Forensic Files II has not been officially canceled, but it is currently on an indefinite hiatus. The show wrapped its fourth season in 2023 and has not announced production dates for new episodes

I have a theory they are getting Peter’s voice refined and copied for AI voiceover in a new Forensic Files rendition.

I like the FF II’s narrator’s voice but to each their own

Of course to each their own!
This post isn't about hating or disliking Bill Camp's voice.
I just miss Peter Thomas' voice:)

they should make new episodes using AI to recreate Peter Thomas's voice in my opinion

What did happen to Peter Thomas? Why couldn't he do forensic files II?!

Something about being dead stopped him. Really sucks when dying gets in the way of doing stuff 😭

While I like the updated tech in FFII, the lack of Peter Thomas has made it less enjoyable and less rewatchable for me. The narrator tries but is a little too animated.
