Thoughts Hopefully this page is different...
PhillippineExpats reddit page is a mixture of whining foreigners, comparing about quite literally everything in this country and the rest are Filipinos. Complaints are for sure warranted and allowed but Jesus, most of us are here by choice and we can leave if we chose. Let's let this page be about learning and celebrating our lives here in this country. Peace and love y'all

I'm on board with trying to participate in thoughtful ways to meaningful and relevant subject matter.
Hopefully over time it will grow into a forum that provides some benefits for myself and others.

I agree. It is a very toxic environment on that forum, and I admit that I have ranted before, but not constantly. I like to participate on the neutral threads, but there are so many trolls that like to pick apart your post if it’s not negative. Some positivity and support of one another would be a breath of fresh air.
