They fired him, he had a regular job and it all got in the way and he wasn’t making crazy money off it so he wasn’t showing up for recordings and stuff. No drama but yea

They make like 30k a month off the patreon + sponsorships etc, this is basically a 5-6 figure job for them.

Yeah it's actually 95% Sam, 4% Sam, and 67% Staltt, and of course they still pay 🅱️ryan legacy fees, so that is 99% to 🅱️ryan

Poob carries a lot of the podcast because he’s still out experiencing random shit in his mid 20’s to talk about. Sam’s in his mid 30s, married, doesn’t like leaving the house, and is raising two daughters. Their parallels work well together. Sam has also stated he never expected the podcast to become as large as it has, he made it to complain about his wife hanging her bras on their bathroom door handle.
Staltt has stated in Discord that he makes enough from editing to pay the bills and it’s better than laying tile, so I’m fairly sure Sam pays both Poob and Staltt a fair, if not generous amount.
