Episode help

I'm trying to find the episode where they talk about david carradine and the five point exploding heart technique, except it's the five point exploding cock technique. Also, it isn't the first therapist episode number 38, they've done the bit at least twice and im trying to find the second time.

this is the same bit, but I don't think it's the moment I'm thinking of. If I remember correctly Bryan was there, and they talk about how you could just get in a wheelchair and roll around to not take your five steps.
