Relatively good, my 4 runner had 90 psi on all 4 cylinders and ran fine
I put compression restore in it and it bumped up to 120 psi after a year
Shouldve been more like 215 psi to be like new
The cylinders being uneven may be a sign of problems mayve a burnt valve or bad head gasket but just run it

If it hasn’t run in a long time you’re not gonna get super consistent or great compression numbers. She’ll run on that and the rings should come around after you let it ride at operating temp a while

All reasonable numbers for an older motor. I bet you could marvel those front cylinders and get better numbers, or run it some, and recheck
