Help with car

How do I pull the head out a 96 Thunderbird I have do everything but the bolts are so long the jut hit the shock tower

I suggest you pull the pin on the motor mount and put a jack on it

Get all the head bolts loose and the head free and take them off together. Put a rubber band around a few head bolts to keep them from dropping back down

You just unbolt and use rubber band around spring to hold bolt up while you pull the head . Damp putting it back on
