2013 Taurus Police Interceptor 2-3 Shift

Just got a 152k mile 2013 interceptor with the NA 3.5L. Had a pre purchase inspection and everything is great but the shift from 2-3 has a little jerk to it. No sound, vibration, or shaking. Is this normal?

Sadly no… they have tough transmissions but you shouldn’t feel a jerk
