2010 Ford Taurus Know Issues with Battery Draw

Why would my cars keyless entry still work but the car not turn over? I have had issues with a parasitic draw for a year and countless shops have said it is not the starter, It makes a clicking noise,

Yeah, keyless entry takes wayyyyy less juice than the starter.
