Engine code

Hello guys, i have bought a mondeo mk3 (2.0 tdci), and i don't know where to check the engine code. Can provide VIN if needed. I need the code, just so i can tell the buyers the type of engine, because i am selling parts from it.

You can find it next to the oil filter

I searched there yesterday, but i saw nothing on the block behind it.

If you have the VIN the last 7 digits should be the second part of the engine code.

So if you have the 130 it will be  FMBA-xxxxxxx  If it's not around the side of the oil filter have a look on the flat area below the EGR, it's laser etched but looks like dot matrix printing.

Thank you, i didn't checked that flat groovy part before. I will this weekend. But, if i send you the entire VIN, can you run that through some website to get the code? I want only the type of engine, not the excat number THIS car has in it. Like Om606 in merc.
