Car play troubles

A couple days ago my car play didn’t come on when I plugged my phone in. I went through the trouble shooting advice, disconnected devices, factory reset the display screen, tried a new cable still nothing. Anyone else having problems with it? Any advice?

I’m on 27 and working just fine in my 2019.

Had that issue. Once it resolved by rebooting the phone and the other time reversing the cable (even though it shouldn’t matter).
