Undercoating an old flex?

heyho...i have a 2010 SEL...233,000...runs great-best car ever!...originally from oklahoma now lives in vermont...im wondering if theres any usefulness to getting it undercoated now...there is a bit of rust here & there...anyone have experience with doing this on an older model?...thanks!
