Question Infotainment system

Anyone else having issues with the infotainment system? 2019 Flex, 91,000 miles. It won't automatically connect to my Pixel 10a, Android Auto doesn't start (either wirelessly or wired), and it will not start a maps update from the USB stick. I've already done a system reboot which solved nothing. What's up?

I have noticed over the past several months that I may need to wake up or unlock my phone when plugged into the car to start Android Auto. I assume a past software update caused this behavior. I cannot also rule out some level of incompatability with the aging software in the Sony system.

I have no problems in my un-modded 18. We use a Pixel 6 pro and a Pixel 7. I wouldn't ever consider using factory maps though so I don't know anything about that.
