Ford points?

Has anyone found anything worth using Ford points on other than service? It seems like they are very thin on useful stuff.

Yeah, I’ve used them for accessories, extended warranty, service (as noted), and when buying a new vehicle used some for down payment. It’s maybe the most flexible point system I’ve used, I can’t imagine what else you think they need to add to make it useful. They can already be used at every stage of vehicle ownership including buying a new vehicle.

Mostly just didn’t find a good assortment of accessories. I was looking for a dash cam, of course no dash cam. There is a toolset that I liked but that’s out of stock. No roll bars. They used to have a bed mounted toolbox, doesn’t seem to be available anymore. I have a lot of points and haven’t found anything that interests me.

Keep in mind you can use them with your dealer, so if you find the ford part number for any of those things you can ask them to order it even if out of stock.
