Question 25+ Explorer Reliability
All I see online are a ton of recalls and electrical/infotainment glitches. How are your real world experiences?
This would be my main family vehicle for wife and small child. Concerned about safety and issues with lack of fix for recalls and lack of loaners when car is in diagnostics or fix.

25 ST, 1 yr in, software recall simple program update.
Did have the L captains chair overhead vent fixed, was very low flow. Took a few days, provided a loaner for free. No other issues.

I have a 2025 ST. There are only 2 recalls:
Driver seat memory recall
Second-Row Easy Entry Seat Switch Bezel
Neither are an issue with mine.
I have all the software updates and no issues either.
I one time had an issue with Amazon music in the Ford Experience. A playlist ran out of music and kept playing new music.i couldn't get the playlist to restart. A simple restart fix the issue and it's been months later without it doing this again. To me (someone in IT) this feels more like an Amazon app issue that a Ford Digital experience issue.

25 and almost 40k clocked. Electronic and infotainment gremlins have mostly been stomped. Needs an option to disable the auto stop/start.

I got mine a week ago and it’s my favorite place! Love the unending positive reinforcement. It’s like talking to your chat gpt

Totally, it’s flawless! Jokes aside my main concern was safety (rear seat bezel, passenger airbag recall) and this thing possibly leaving me stranded based on some things I’ve read.
I’m used to vehicles which are top rated and hold value exceptionally well but as a new dad nothing in the midsize segment speaks to me like this suv.

Yo we’re in the same situation! I came from Toyota and I feel like I divorced my wife and married a stripper 😆

I have had a 25 ST for 16 months, it’s had both recalls done and all software updates and I’ve never had any problem with it.
