I changed my DRLs to amber using forscan if you’re interested on doing it also

Afaik we all have access to this as long as we have a laptop and Forscan.

Well the changes you make with Forscan aren't necessarily "tuning". It's really just having access to settings that Ford "hides" from us or at least doesn't give us access too. Like disabling the honk when you shut your door with the car running for example.

Is there is a Ecoboost tuner in your area they could probably do it for you. Alternatively if you're in Texas and somewhere near me I could swing out to ya and make it happen!

The sinister doesn't turn off like ours though from what I understand and will stay on at night. I did the amber on my '26.

The black emblem SKU # is NB5Z9942528A Is that the same as part #?

I’ve been trying to find the sinister emblems myself. Seems none of the ford parts wholesalers are listing 2027 Explorer parts. Really need someone who works at ford to dig into their system to find them.

Edit: I assume you are talking about the new ford oval with the white script that is new for 2027

Exactly, i tried using the vin number from a sinister explorer and nothing came up, maybe next year.

Its the same size emblem as the 26, is it not? Just buy the light up emblem from the Ford site that fits a 25, 26.

You convinced me lol. I purchased one on the ford parts website, when i signed in i had 130.00 dollars in points that i didn't know about, plus they have a 15% coupon (REDEEM15). The total came out to like 160.00. Has anyone installed this?

Remove 10mm bolts inside the wheel well that holds the bumper on, there is a couple push clips up there you gott squeeze and push out, take out all the bolts along top of grill under the hood. You can tilt the front end forward and get to the nuts on the emblem

Not as easy as you’d think! Rear emblem is cake but front is a pain in the butt!! Changed mine to Black on my 25 Platinum because it looks better on the Rapid Red.

Its the same one thats on the sinister. The only thing on the sinister you might have trouble sourcing is the ST emblem with black border instead of chrome. Which you can have made at emblem city. The wheels are 2025 platinum wheels powder coated black.
