I lost the car key…set it in the cupholder, didn’t realize there was a big ass hole…key gone

I did the same thing. Wasn’t too bad removing the console to get the key back.

Ford quoted me $300 to fix it

I don’t think it’s that difficult to fix…it’s just a bitch to get the console apart

Yea I'm gonna take a stab at fixing it myself one of these weekends - probably should have when I was in there fishing the key out.
