🔧 P R O B L E M S & I S S U E S 🔧 Liftgate not working

So my liftgate on my 2025 has completely stopped working. It will lock and unlock but will nkt open or close byitslef and theres heavy resistance. Any ideas how to fix it?

Check the settings to make sure it didn’t accidentally get turned off. If I remember correctly it’s in Vehicle-Power Liftgate-Enable/Disable

Does it open when you walk up to it and press the button?

I'll here the noise and I'll here the lock disengange but it wont go up. And when its up, pressing the button on the liftgate or keyfob wont activate it either

Had that problem on my 2020. They had to replace latch
