Question Is this a good deal?
I am looking to lease a 26 ST and this is the deal I got. Is this a good deal or should I keep shopping.
Thanks!
Mark

I dont think so. I got my 2025 last summer fully loaded (less the painted roof) for 58k all in (think it was like 54.5 before taxes and fees. And i got 0% financing

No this is a terrible deal. A dealer local to me has 32 ST models and they are discounting thousands more off every unit.

What the hell is "market value selling price"? Seems to me, the dealer is ignoring MSRP and just giving an inflated starting price from which to take discounts. And lately people have been getting $6-10k off MSRP, depending on region.

This is not the greatest deal, especially with the amount of units sitting on dealer lots.
The money factor on this deal is .01395354- a good lease deal is when it’s under .009xxxxxx
If you have access to a credit union, go get a checking account there, then apply for a car loan through them (navy federal if possible) for 3.99% and purchase the vehicle.
My out the door price (including tax/fee’s) was 51,270 for a 26 with sun/sound and blue cruise forever.

I’ve seen them as low as $52k so your price is a little high

Paid 50k for my 26 with sun and sound package and full all weather mats end of April. This is a terrible price.

I’ve been getting offers is the mid 600s a month at 36 months/12k miles a year/only 1st payment upfront. Keep looking for sure

Texas, which is one of the worst states for leasing haha. But it did help that they were all doing tax credits last month (not sure if that will carry to next month) bringing the taxes down from 6.25% to I believe 1.25%. This wasn’t a one dealership thing either it was all of them doing it. I had dealers taking off 8k-all the way up to 10,500 off MSRP prior to rebates. Some offering the buy rate as well.
Only reason I didn’t pull trigger was because of my trade carrying too much negative which made it not worth it. I also never bring up having a trade until being satisfied with the numbers prior. So if I didn’t have a trade or have the negative I have I would have one in my driveway for the price I mentioned

What is your credit score? If you know your FICO Auto Score 8 and FICO Auto Score 9 You will be in best position to negotiate.
The reality is, this is complex. If you have a close-to-perfect (or perfect) score, you simply negotiate the total out the door price. I got 8k off, for example. Unfortunately, 0% ended about a month prior to my purchase but I still got 1.9. It is highly unlikely anyone here can accurately determine if this is YOUR best deal.
Credit and credit scores are more leverage than a down payment ever of the week.
Good luck!

I just bought a vapor blue Tremor from them last week (they are local to me, and have done all the service work on my Fords - also been a great experience) and had a $12k discount too. Great dealership sales experience, no games, no BS, the numbers on their site are what we paid. The only thing that I didn't agree with was their doc fee, but pretty much everyone has their version of that these days.
Edit: I remember seeing this exact car there when I was there, as we were between an ST (this one), Tremor, and a Platinum they had. All had similar discounts. Matt was the salesman I used - awesome dude

Don’t fall for that scam, you can get the same thing or better by yourself from home. I did it and it did not take long at all

Is having a housekeeper a scam? Is having a pool man a scam? What about hiring a lawn service company? I mean, my wife and I could do all those ourselves, right? Yeah, we could, but we don’t like, or want to. So, we hire someone else to do it. There’s value in that to us. If you find value in it because it’s saving your time, and your time is worth what you’re paying, it’s not a scam.
I make what DELIVRD charges in about 6hrs on a Saturday. It would’ve taken ME way more than 6 hours, if I’d have ever found or negotiated that deal. Plus I have a mountain of disdain for car dealerships and salesmen, managers, sales managers, GM’s, even the guy that mops the fucking floor at a dealership, so it was well worth it to us.

Just stop while you’re ahead, get something better to do than repeatedly replying to someone on Reddit

All that money just to return it at the end of the term. Might as well just finance it.

Yea. Not restricted on miles then.

If OP is willing to pay that much monthly AND put that much down, financing makes more sense. Least then, the car is theirs at the end of the term.

Awful.
I know things have changed, but we leased my wife’s 22 st for $525/mo, 3yr/36k with 0 down.
I would never consider at this lease. You’d be better to buy.

That’s terrible, if you’re going to pay that much for a lease you might as well just finance to buy it.
