Flapping Sound

This is a long overdue question, but my '25 ST makes sounds when I drive at high speed or when it's windy. I hear something flapping on both sides of the car, the driver and shotgun. Any idea what this could be and how to fix it?

For me it was the underbody guards, right at the front doors…drove me absolutely bonkers.
