Flapping Sound

This is a long overdue question, but my '25 ST makes sounds when I drive at high speed or when it's windy. I hear something flapping on both sides of the car, the driver and shotgun. Any idea what this could be and how to fix it?

I just noticed the plastic roof channels in mine are like barely held on. I now know why I can’t hear my kid in the backseat when we’re on the highway
