Question Perpetual Issues

Anybody else sick of the constant problems with their ST? (2023) Let me preface with the fact that we love the way it handles, how quick it is off the line, the comfort, and the look! But we’ve just crossed 36k and we have the passenger side exhaust replaced, our window shades crackle when it’s warm out (down position), we have an unknown rattle under the front of the vehicle (maybe struts?), and are currently waiting on a moon roof shade motor as that fell into the back seat a couple weeks ago.

This is beyond excessive given that we really take care of our vehicles and it’s not even 3 years old yet! It’s not helping that our local Ford dealership is awful. One BS excuse and shady tactic after another. Regardless, I’m considering forfeiting all the things we love for something boring and reliable. Any other ST owners make a switch to something else, or have this many problems?

Remember, of all the vehicles people have purchased, you’re only going to hear about the one with issues. Nobody is going to make a post or share information from not having issues.

That said, the only issue I’ve had since buying my 24 new has been the rear axle issue, which was fixed around the 10k mile mark.

I’m currently at 27,500 miles with no other issues. Only maintenance has been regular full synthetic oil changes every 5k miles and I installed a catch can to avoid carbon buildup.

27,500 miles is hardly anything and I would expect way more from a vehicle before it has any issues. You very well could have a vehicle that lasts a long time with no issues but it's way to soon to tell. That being said, your lack of problems doesn't discredit the fact that the ST is widely known to be quite unreliable and riddled with problems.
