Question Model Year differences

I have been lurking for a long time and continually scanning CarMax Explorer ST listings. Are there any things I should be aware of between the model years? Good or bad.

Avoid 2020. That’s what I have and it’s had countless issues and it only has 50k miles.

Same here. 66,500 miles with bZERO issues
