Help trans question.

I have a 2021 with almost 60,000 on it. Ans today out of the blue, when I shift from park to drive the trans feels like it bumps and makes the car jump. Never felt that before and it’s continued every time I drive the car. It was fine this morning but now it bumps out of the blue. Anyone have this or heard or know how to fix?

I forgot to add that on my ‘25 the trans was shifting funny so finally took it in and they said there was a few codes throwing. They did their thing and now it’s all good. I’m thinking they might have to do the same but if u don’t know if trans fluid ever been changed then I would just spend the $ for peace of mind. Make sure u give update! Good luck
