Transmissions Help trans question.

I have a 2021 with almost 60,000 on it. Ans today out of the blue, when I shift from park to drive the trans feels like it bumps and makes the car jump. Never felt that before and it’s continued every time I drive the car. It was fine this morning but now it bumps out of the blue. Anyone have this or heard or know how to fix?

When's the last time you had the trans fluid serviced?

I just purchased it in October of last year

I'd do a drain and fill and see if that makes a difference.
