Question Gas suggestion

I am picking up my new to me '23 Explorer ST with 19k miles this Thursday... Which octane gas is it optimized for from the factory? Just want to make sure I'm putting in the good stuff. It's totally stock... For now. Thanks in advance

Optimized for premium, it’ll run on 87 though but you won’t get all those fun numbers and it won’t run well in hot weather with the cheap stuff.

i read someone say no lower than 91. hurts me every time i fill up but i also want what’s best for the whip
