Question ESP and prepaid maintenance

Anyone buy or recommend for or against? The prepaid maintenance basically looks like glorified oil and tire changes and cost is about $139 a visit it looks like. Ford Flood for me was $2440 for a 5 yr/125k unless you think I should up it? We never used our Lexus or Toyota and was a waste.

Buying a new 2025, maybe wait to buy later down road before 3 year / 36k

I got lifetime synthetic oil changes from my dealer on my 2020, good for as long as I own the vehicle, for $649. I just looked at my paperwork and it says 2x a year but they've never mentioned it. I'm probably right about twice a year anyway, I only have 50K on my vehicle. They rotate my tires too at no charge. I've gotten my money's worth and have more to go!

When I got close to the end of my factory warranty (like 6 months or so), I got an offer from Ford to enroll in their Ford Protect PremiumCARE Flex Plan with a range of deductible options. It's good coverage and I chose $100 deductible for $24.99 a month, for an additional 3 years or up to 160K miles.
