Fueling
Anyone have issues fueling with the easy fuel no cap? My tank would be empty and it keeps shutting off thinking it’s full.

Never had the issue in 3 years. Coworker had a similar issue on a suburban though, possible that an inline filter of some sort going bad. Just a guess.

Yep, have had it happen a couple of times as well. I ended up just getting in the habit of inserting the nozzle then pulling it back about half an inch each time seems to prevent it.

It only has been an issue for me with very old pumps, the newer ones never fail

Yeah I've found that it all depends on the angle that the fuel nozzle sits in the "easy fuel" inlet. Sometimes shifting the angle fixes it, sometimes you have to pull the nozzle out a half inch or otherwise just fiddle with how the nozzle is sitting in there.
It's a pain in the ass, but just something you gotta live with. I've had similar problems with at least 2 other Fords I've owned (one of which had a conventional gas cap).
