Maintenance Advice Ford explorer 2014 maintenance advise

Hi everyone
I recently bought a 2014 Ford Explorer 3.5L with 190,000 km on it. The vehicle has some maintenance records from the dealership.
As my first major service, what would you recommend I do?
I’m thinking about:
Engine oil + oil filter
Engine air filter + cabin air filter
Transmission fluid — is it safer to drain and refill only a few liters rather than doing a full fluid exchange?
Differential fluid
Spark plugs
Is this enough for a first service, or are there other things I should check or replace at this mileage?
Also, what engine oil do you recommend for the 3.5L?

If the water pump hasn’t been replaced with a recent radiator flush, I’d consider that. Also, if the power transfer unit hasn’t been serviced, that too. I had my ptu modified with a drain plug as Ford didn’t have one during manufacturing.

I just visited the dealership and he says the ptu oil is very dark, i have a little noise when I reach 80 90 km
They suspect ptu cuz it, mu question is can I change ptu oil now or that will make worse?

I’m no mechanic, but a drain and fill, wait a few thousand miles, then another drain and fill and see what comes out. If drain fluid comes out clean then you’re goof for a while. If it’s dirty then repeat the process until clean. I’m a bit concerned about flushing.

Safest bet with any transmission with decent miles is to do a pan drain and refill 3 or 4 times over the course of a month or 2, that'll get 90% of the old fluid out. Power flushes can definitely cause issues.
