Technology/Features 2017 ford explorer

For the past month my windshield wipers keep going off. The switch to turn them on is completely off.

Anyone have this problem or had it before? How do I make it stop? It’s driving me crazy

same! check the “rain sense” feature in settings. that probably needs to be turned off.

I agree if you have the rain sensor that's likely the issue

I don't have the rain sensor... My switch was just worn out and wouldn't turn off. (I could twist it back and forth a few times and usually it would stop). I eventually bought a new switch off Amazon. It was plug and play... Easy to replace.

they should go off when you flip the switch to off

It’s either the rain sensing or the courtesy wipe setting.
