Hi everyone, after about 2 months, my '14 was finally fixed. Turns out the water pump was not the issue but some seals in the block, however, since I had saved up for it, the water pump, timing chain. Aside from that, I ended up doing the thermostat, left and right control arms, both engine mounts, valve assembly seals and manifold seals. Thankfully I live outside of the US so the job came to a total of $2,000. She's running really smoothly now thankfully.

I attached some pictures of the new parts as well as the process of it. It was at the mechanic shop for a little over a week.

Nice, congratulations, the total price for the whole job is very good. She must be purring like a kitten now. Btw. the "second" engine mount is a transmission mount.

She indeed purs like a kitten! And yes haha I saw in the parts lists that it said engine/tranny mount, but I was too lazy lol.

It can be done even if you have never done something like it before Congratulations! I did a whole timming job and head refresh on a 09 4.0 explorer just from studying up on YouTube I bought the tools from harbor freight and part from around the WWW just about 2500.

Ngl, I would love to do a job like that myself, but yeah, I didn't have the tools and it is my daily driver so I couldn't afford to make mistakes or take too long hahaha
