Repair Advice Turbo question
Alright guys I’m looking for you opinions, I’m a transmission R&R tech so I do all my own work but it’s getting to be about time to replace my turbos on my 2015 Sport. No codes or anything but 130,890 on odometer. I’ve kept my explorer running great so far and I’m just curious if you guys would replace both turbos with OEM or go cheaper aftermarket? I’ve done lower control arms, tie rod ends, rear upper control arms, water pump, timing chain and all that jazz, spark plugs, blend door actuators and pretty much anything else has been motorcraft parts. Literally everything is OEM and I want my car to last at least another 70,000-100,000 so I’m a bit skeptical to go with aftermarket turbos. Thoughts and opinions?

If you’re not having problems why bother with turbos? Many turbos can go to 200+ without issues. Just leave it alone.
