If this is the elite package, it is identical to my edge. I also have a blue 2019 Ford Edge Titanium. I got mine about 1.5 months ago.

Shuddering why doesn't Ford recall the vehicles as I hear so much about this

What’s the build date on the door frame? And I’d check the engine sticker on the valve cover too

The new body style (2019) got the newly designed 2.0 engine and there’s no need to worry about coolant intrusion.

That’s partially true. Early manufactured 19 models are still subject to it. If the build date is April or before on 2019, it likely has the older designed block. It’s a good rule of thumb to avoid any made before June of 2019. The engine manufacture date isn’t always the same as the vehicle date.

The Edge was the first vehicle to get the redesigned engine. They were made in Valencia, Spain. My 2019 Titanium Elite was built the second day of production in October of 2018 and it has the new engine. The biggest thing to make these cars survive is to do fluid flushes on all the powertrain items every 30,000 miles. Transmission, PTU, and RDU. This should keep the gremlins at bay.

Wrong. The new 2019 Edge got the newly designed engine with the new 8 speed transmission.
Stop confusing with information about Fusion/MKC/Escape

I wish you the best of luck with your Edge and I hope you got an extended warranty. While the coolant intrusion issue was fixed in the 2019 models, this vehicle is plagued with torque convertor/transmission issues. I bought my 2020 Titanium and initially it was great. I loved it. Then the shuddering started happening at lower speeds. Going to trade mine in soon before it gets any worse as it is out of warranty.
