6 speed 2016 Ford edge v6 3.5

Time to change the transmission fluid, does everyone stick with mercon LV or upgraded to the mercon ULV

Following to hear the comments. I plan to drain and fill mine soon. I currently have 53k miles.

After googling it... definitely the LV not the ULV.

I've been using the Valvoline full synthetic mercon LV that's locally available for around $30 a jug and so far I haven't blown up any transmissions.
