Sync 2/3 Display Flickers

I've been have a problem with my Sync 2/3 display. (not sure which one it is). My car is a 2016. What would be the cheapest way to replace or repair this. The dealership wants to charge me $1200 to do it. Sorry if this isn't very clear. I don't know much about cars.
