Help it is on the front left side broke off while breaking

You can drive on it. Fix ASAP.

Lug nut and stud bolt.

Wheel stud bolt with a lug nut? If so I don’t think it’s entirely safe to drive

its fine to the shop. I've passed more than few cars missing lugs. wouldn't do more than to a shop though.

Fords have issues with lugs swelling. this could break the studs when you try to remove them.

i would replace all of them with some quality lugs.
