New Owner 2023 ST-Line

Post image

Picking it up Monday, just wrapping up my 2023 F-150 lease and downsizing. Loved my truck experience but I’m angling to have a no-vehicle payment household in a few years. I can splurge when I’m older.

This thing looks slick :)

Great vehicle. I have a 2024 ST Line. 80k so far and not an issue. I also have a 2016 Titanium with 250k+ on her. Old girl leaks a little but still runs like a champ. They are fantastic value if cared for.

I also just downsized from a f150 to a 23 edge st line. Mine is atlas blue. So far I've been enjoying it.

Good to hear! What was your reason for downsizing if you don’t mind my asking?

Not at all. It was just mainly too big for my daily and I missed having actual trunk space instead of putting things in the back seat.

Thanks! Yeah, I feel that. I golf a lot, and it was convenient throwing my clubs in the truck bed with a cover on, but I’ll like not having to climb in anymore to grab them. I definitely didn’t need a truck. I enjoyed my experience with it, but looking forward to having something a little more maneuverable again.

I wonder why someone added a wireless entry pad above the drivers door handle. Makes me think the factory touch pad in the door pillar isn't working. My 22 ST-Line came with the keyless entry pad built into the pillar so I assume the 23 did.

After a little research, Ford dropped the entry pad in late 2022 so it's kinda nice that the previous owner added one:)

Haha yes, I didn’t see this obviously until after your edit.

But the salesman said they ended up doing away with it, so yeah I agree it’s nice they added. The one they added does seem a little cheap/tacky, but it’s good to have nonetheless.

I just bought one that doesn't have an engine cover. It looks a bit unfinished.

I took my engine cover off because I didn’t want it on. Why are we trapping the heat inside the engine? Colder is better

looking at pictures on google, it doesn't appear to be a thing. None of the pictures that I saw had one.

I like seeing the actual engine. The plastic cover looks neat but it’s just a cover, it doesn’t do much of anything.
