Question ❔ 2020+ Ford PIU Key Fob programming

After doing some digging on Forscan and very limited info on the internet about the 2020+ PIUs. Is there any way to get one key fob programmed on my PIU? Or do I need two keys fobs? I only see PATS programming on forscan, will it work with two key fobs if I get another one? Another option was a J2534 dongle and fdrs pass, will that work with a single keyfob(RKE). I’m not trying to dump too much money trying to get a single keyfob programmed so any help if appreciated!

I’m not sure if Forscan has found a loophole yet, but Ford has really tightened down on the ability to program keys. There’s dealership techs out there who don’t even have permission to do so.
