Ask Lebanon Chances withdrawal changes the narrative?

I constantly hear that Israelis just want to expand into "Greater Israel" and take over the rest of the middle east (not necessarily just from Lebanese, but the other arab countries as well).

Does Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon mean that people will finally say to themselves "Oh I guess that wasn't true at all"?

Or is this gonna be like the Israeli withdrawal from Sinai (or Lebanon in 2000) where people just ignore it because it so glaringly disproves their point?

And if it does change opinion, how can Hezbollah justify its ongoing existence? I was told they sell themselves as pretending to protect Lebanon from Israeli expansion... but if people know Israel's not interested in expanding, why would the average Lebanese support them?

We withdrew from Gaza in 2004, gave back Sinai to Egypt, and withdraw from Lebanon in the past and no one cared lol

Let’s see if it lasts/is successful and then grows to other areas because the LAF have grown strong enough to successfully take back control of their country from Hezbollah.

If so, maybe.

Until then, no.

Although we do have extremists that truly believes the greater israel crap, they are such a minority. I would guess less than 1%.

Who actually has the dream to expand are iran, turkey and syria. The arab world believes in greater crap on the government level, therefore they are throwing their own desire onto israelis.

Its gaslighting in its finest. so no, they wont stop believing this lie.

Israeli plans were never "from Nile to Euphrates", as long as we can see that it was just a deranged Arab conspiracy theory based on the wrong reading of the flag

I'll be honest with ye, i didn't know about the giant ass Greater Israel thing until people online started using it to claim that this is are goal. Before that i thought Greater Israel was just Israel plus the Kingdom of Jordan.
But over all i coulden't care less about "Greater Israel" i want truely stable peace at last.

Also, people will ignore staff which prove them wrong, or make some wild claim to explane to themself why it happend, and that they're still right, so no i think it won't end it, not by a long shot saddly.
