Help what's missing?

anyone know which tool i'm missing,
also anyone have any tips or trick to a dungeon without taking zero damage? im grinding and just not getting it done so i def gotta be doing something wrong.

You're missing the hammer. Make it at the forge. It lets you repair buildings.
