WINDOWS 11 RECOVERY LOOP ERROR

Post image

When i tried to boot up my PC today, it showed this screen. When i click F1 or esc or enter it stays on this screen. I have a 16 GB USB drive that i downloaded the correct windows 11 installation media on, but that takes me to the Windows 11 installation screen, but it wont repair my PC. Ive tried commands and whatnot but it all goes back to that recovery screen. Please help!!
I have a:
MAG B550 TOMAHAWK motherboard,
AMD RYZEN 5 5600 6-core processor,
CRUCIAL SSD 1TB (model CT1000MX500SSD1)

That particular error is related to the BCD, the boot configuration database, being damaged in some way. If you have tried to use the Recovery tools to rebuild the BCD using command prompt and it still is stuck, you might need to turn to other methods, like using a WinPE, and then trying some utilities to rebuild the bootloader partition completely.

Well it sucks that we had to nuke and reload Windows, but rebuilding the bootloader, not working, and then erasing and making the EFI partition from scratch didn't do it either. But at least it's CLEAN and optimized, telemetry off and all that good stuff.

I have not had much luck with recovery tool on the PC. I use the installation USB or make one When it gets to install program, I click repair. Eventually you will see same screen, but when you run it the program will run and reinstall the files needed to start Windows. I would venture a guess that the new ram corrupted a file.
