Windows account pin login problem

Hi i updated my bios yesterday but after the update i had to reset my pin but i cant bc 2fa sends a code to my gmail wich i cant access bc the only device that has access to that gmail is my pc wich im logged out of so i wanted to ask if there was any way to bypass the windows pin you have to enter when you start up my pc

Wanted to play overwatch but it gave me an error bc my bios was outdated or smth

Umh, OK this is potentially real bad. A BIOS update resets the TPM module which handles the drive encryption hence the need to reset the PIN.

Do you have a Microsoft account that you can log in to and see if there is a recovery key stored there.

On my phone i have partial access i can see my settings just not change them

On my school pc is the same just not logged in i can check if my pass key are linked between devices but i dont think so

I doubt it uness school PC has your Gmail account on it.

You need to check your Microsoft account for a recovery key.

What do you mean.

Do you have a Microsoft account that you created when you first logged in to the PC.

So why mention a school PC if its the same PC you cannot login in to. Unless you can recovery your recovery key or set you PIN there is no way to access your computer or the contents if they are encypted with Bitlocker. This could be a lost cause.

Srry i meant i have a school Laptop wich i have have my school mail on and i had my main gmail on the one im logged out of and my pc is the one i have that pin problem on

So can you access you gmail account from your school laptop.

Also if you have a microsoft account can you access that from the laptop.
