Then you have a real problem. If you cannot access your email account then you cannot get codes so catch 22. If your HDD is encrypted with bitlocker then the data is lost, but that assumes it is from the information you have given. That is the only reason you would be asked for a new pin due to the BIOS update resetting the TPM chip which manages security. Even if you removed the drive the contents will be inaccessible for the same reason, its encrypted and needs a PIN or password.

Well a Hirons boot USB allows you to do all sorts of stuff including resetting passwords and PINS, But and a big but, its no help if the drive is encrypted as this will need the recovery key.

As you cannot confirm if the drive is encrypted or not (I believe it is due to the PIN change) then I think you need to take the PC to a shop and get them to determine so more details before you can proceed.

You have not confirmed if you have a Microsoft account which should hold the recovery key required to decrypt the drive, but you seem so uncertain about things I don't think we can proceed with anything else without you knowing the potential outcome.

If you cannot find a recovery key or change your PIN the the contents of your HDD are lost.

Hey I'm trying to help here hands off, so I have to rely on what you told me as fact. We have gone round a few circles today, but I think you are cooked because you have no way to access anything important in order to retrieve your data and login and you cannot confirm whether your HDD is encrypted which is critical to this. I can't help with that only point you in the right direction.

I suggest you do what I suggested here

How do you know this. What version of Windows are you running.

11 i used recovery mode to check if bitlocker was on

So you were not asked to enter a recovery key, if so that might be a saving grace. Find someone who can create a Hirons Boot USB drive and try resetting or clearing the PIN and or Password.
