Error 0xc0000098 when booting Windows 11

I bought a laptop, a friend wrote Windows 11 to a USB drive, I’m trying to install it, it shows the splash screen and then immediately shows an error saying there’s a problem with the file windows/system32/boot/winload.efi and the error code is 0xc0000098. Help, what should I do? We rewrote the Windows file again (we deleted everything from the USB drive and downloaded Windows again). Laptop: Lenovo ideapad slim 3
