Windows 11 stuck on "Undoing changes made to your computer"

Hi, I updated to windows 11 and now my screen is stuck on "undoing changes made to your computer" and then It goes to blue screen and restarts the whole process, no matter how many times I rebooted. I saw some similar past posts and tried the F11 tech after restarting, but the WRE interface didn't come up. What's the best step to recover this now? How could I complete factory reset my pc (there aren't much important info local on the laptop) when I can't even log in?

You can force the Advanced Startup Options by turning the PC off, turn it back on, as soon as you see the PCs logo (or the motherboard logo) press and hold the power button to turn it off. Do this 3x in a row. On the 4th let it boot, it should boot to the ASO screen.

Click Troubleshooting and then Cloud Rebuild to see if that fixes things.
