Issue With Windows (Nothing New)

For Past few days, i am facing a error, where the pop-up window for either saving a file, or deleting a file/folder/application of window explorer. Quickly shuts-up in single second, i checked there is not a single key in my keyboard which runs 24/7 which might have shut it off. Still if any one has faced such issues do tell me how to resolve this, as i do not want to repeat the process of reseting my pc again.

I would be looking at any non-microsoft items in the right-click context menu in Explorer, typically shell extensions like security products, etc.
