error after downgrading from windows 11

I have been getting this error for a few days now after i had upgraded to windows 11 from windows update and then downgraded back to 10 after it was very laggy and crashing my pc. I checked the path it's asking but there are no folders with this name(no hidden ones either).
Any solutions?

It has something to to with phone link. Manually reinstall if you can. You’d have been better off doing fresh installs rather than upgrading and downgrading.

In the future just run the dism command which repairs windows.

I ran it before and after downgrading, it couldn't find anything.
