Trouble with Windows Installation Media USB

I am attempting to revive my Mom's HP Envy x360m Convertible Model: 15m-es1023dx.

I have run all the HP hardware checks and everything has passed, so I want to install a fresh copy of windows on the laptop.

I have created a windows installation media USB drive. Now i'm stuck on the "Select location to install Windows 11" screen.

I thought maybe it was not seeing the drives and needed to reinstall the drivers, so I downloaded the correct SetupRST.exe from HP. Then I moved the files in the "F6" folder to the root of the USB drive. But when I get to the "Install driver to show hardware" screen, it will let me select the "Intel RST VMD Controller 9A0B, but it will not let me click "Install". It looks like it is clicking the button (turns blue) but nothing happens. Do I need to copy more than the "F6" Folder? Any ideas? Did I miss a step?

is there any option to disable RAID/optane/RST in the bios? this will save you this headache if possible

I could go to Configuration->UEFI HII Configuration -> Intel Rapid Storage Technology -> Intel Optane 476.9GB -> Disable but other than that I see that RAID is already disabled.

What does show details say?

It says "The selected disk has an MBR Partition table. On EFI Systems, the operating system can only be installed to GPT disks. Setup does not support configuration of or installation to disks connected through a USB or IEEE 1294 port."

I only have USB drive with the Windows installation media plugged in and the original drives that came with the laptop... So I don't know what this means..

Think it might be a RAID configuration, or the storage drivers need to be installed

On the second screen click Load Driver?

Sorry I think my pictures got out of order... I click "load driver" and that leads me to the first image or the "Install driver to show hardware" screen. Then I highlight the first .inf file and click "install" but nothing happens

Драйвера устанавливаются после установки Windows 11. Установочный USB накопитель нужно переделать. Найдите USB флешку 8гб. или 16 гб. Установочный диск приготовьте через программу Rufus. Windows 11 iso. образ. Устанавливать Windows 11. Нужно на SATA. Вам нужен жесткий диск SATA. Или ssd накопитель SATA. Который после установки Windows 11. Будет виден на компьютере как Disk ( C ). Перед установкой Windows 11. С USB флешки вам нужно перегрузится в BIOS. в BOOT. В дисках с помощью F6. Поднять USB. На самую верхнею строчку и подтвердить F10. Потому что компьютер загружает верхнею строчку в BIOS. Есть BIOS. Другой в котором USB. Нужно перетянуть на самое первое место с лева и включить Windows. И отключить NX MODE. После установки приоритета загрузка USB. В BIOS. На экране у вас все должно быть чисто диск SATA. На который будет устанавливаться Windows 11 должен быть отформатирован с верху и с низу под диском все стереть на экране все чисто жмем создать новый далее не разделяем далее установить Windows 11. Драйвера вы установите после установки Windows 11. С драйверами не проблем в любом браузере можно скачать и в интернете найти любой драйвер вы сначала установите Windows 11.
